Little Promises keeps the privacy story simple: collect what the gift builder needs, use it to run the product, and keep payment details with Stripe.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to create and manage your account, build your coupon gift, send product emails, and provide support. This can include your name, email address, gift sender name, coupon text, and basic account activity.
When you upgrade, payment details are handled by Stripe. Little Promises does not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use your information to run the gift builder, save your coupons, publish share links, confirm upgrades, send account and gift-related emails, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests.
We may use aggregate product information to understand what is working and improve Little Promises, but we do not need to sell personal information to run this product.
Gift links and recipients
When you publish a gift, anyone with the share link may be able to view the coupons you created. Only include messages you are comfortable sharing with the recipient.
Recipients may interact with coupons through the gift page. Those interactions can be used to keep the gift experience working and notify the gift creator where appropriate.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers for core product needs such as authentication, hosting, email, database storage, and Stripe payment processing.
These providers only receive information needed to perform their services for Little Promises.
Your choices
You can contact support to ask questions about your account, request help with your gift, or ask about deleting account information.
We will respond as reasonably as we can while preserving records needed for security, payment, legal, or operational reasons.
