Terms of Use

These terms keep the gift builder friendly, clear, and practical for everyone who creates or receives a Little Promises gift.

Using Little Promises

Little Promises helps you create and share digital coupon gifts. You are responsible for the messages, names, and coupon promises you add to a gift.

Use the product in a thoughtful, lawful way. Do not use Little Promises to harass, impersonate, mislead, or share content that you do not have the right to share.

Accounts and email verification

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and email secure.

Email verification is required before starting checkout for the paid upgrade.

Payments

The Unlimited upgrade is a one-time payment. Checkout is processed by Stripe, and payment completion is confirmed through the Little Promises upgrade flow.

Prices and features may change in the future, but a completed one-time upgrade will continue to unlock the paid coupon limit behavior attached to your account unless misuse or a technical correction requires support intervention.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our 14-day refund promise. If the upgrade is not right for you, contact support within 14 days of purchase.

Refund requests may be declined for abusive, duplicate, fraudulent, or heavily used purchases, or where required records cannot be matched to your account.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Little Promises available and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access.

We may update the product, policies, pricing, or these terms as the service evolves. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
